10 things definitely happening 2026

i’m currently sipping matcha, burning some palo santo, blasting lorde max volume, wearing my new design and writing this smiling. about to complete orders for my friends who are the best always supporting me and for literal complete strangers buying from my tiny brand :’) it’s been an uphill climb getting to this point but i’m taking a moment to be super grateful and keep on going. usually naturally a very happy and optimistic girl but i’m on cloud 9 every time someone places an order from shy.

here are 10 things I am manifesting that must happen this year business and personal wise

1. new collection <3 shy world spring collection designed with the most special creator in nyc and our first influencer collaboration! the pieces are so special designed with lotta love and I can’t wait to show you guys. you’re gonna be obsessed and frolick in shy all spring and summer and I can’t wait to see how y’all will style your outfits cause this community is the coolest/funnest group

2. year 2 pop up <3 shy world year 2 pop up bigger and better hopefully at seconde vintage again with jinjin on matcha and nastie on flowers. shy year 1 popup literally made me cry actual real happy tears because it’s so rewarding seeing intangible become tangible. and the best matcha and the best flowers and meeting you guys and making new friends and all my friends showing up to support. like what is life and it shows that chasing your real dreams will always pay off if you keep going. i’d love love to have my second one this fall because I love a good event and creating new traditions.

3. new interviews <3 I literally called my sister freaking out about interviewing my new fav author of my new fav book ~ read Madeline Cash’s interview here. I can’t wait to collect more unique, amazing interviews with those who motivate me every day and deeply inspire me.

4. exclusive pieces <3 I am simply over the moon so excited to create even more special and creative pieces for y’all to wear! I think my brain right now is on overload with so much inspiration from everything around me whether that’s chinatown shop jello colours or books i’m reading.

5. friends modeling <3 one of my favourite parts about my brand is that I get to make every creative decision including my friends modeling. it’s way more fun and special and sentimental especially getting to shoot on our travels as well.

6. seeing my grandparents in china <3 I am so stoked to finally go back to china since the last time was back in summer of 2018. I get to travel with my mom and sister to visit my grandparents and explore more of china!!

7. hiking machu pichu with my dad <3 I get to check off another new country at the end of this year with my dad as well ~ 10/10 excited. we’re heading to peru to explore the sites and create new adventures and hike machu pichu!!

8. seeing my girl tate mcrae <3 osheaga, a mtl music festival that happens every summer that my friends and I have been doing forever just announced their lineup. you heard it here first, I will be dressed in head to toe new shy screaming, dancing to tate!

9. going somewhere special for my bday <3 another year around the sun means another trip since it’s my tradition to travel somewhere special to celebrate every age. can’t wait to see where I end up for this next birthday with my favourite ppl.

10. crushing on someone great <3 guys there’s no better feeling and arguably worst than having a really solid crush on someone and then dating them!! so ya I definitely want a juicy crush to have fun with and see what happens!!
