SHY City Guide ~ Boston, USA

hi guys <3

boston in the fall is definitely a must-visit! it’s filled with brownstones and colourful maple trees, pumpkins lining the steps and crisp layering weather. i know it’s a huge triple threat sports city with hockey, basketball and football so there’s already that. but there’s so much more big city charm it has to offer with many gems everywhere. it has beautiful neighbourhoods like beacon hill with stunning architecture, brownstones lined and big green parks. it has some of the best east coast seafood i’ve ever tasted especially the lobster rolls. there’s cute little cafes and shops lined up to enjoy your routine of matcha and frolicking. there’s obviously harvard and MIT, some of the best schools with their large campuses to explore as well.

here is my list of my favourite spots:

  1. saltie girl is a boston staple with the best drinks and seafood i’ve had

  2. greystone lane is the cutest lil neighborhood cafe with great iced matcha and the cowboy cookies

  3. trader joe’s obligatory stop to stock on goodies especially their spice selection and the scandinavian swimmers

  4. newbury street is lined with all their shops to go check out if you’re feeling speedy

  5. beacon hill is my favourite area in the city with the iconic brownstones and the stunning architecture

  6. diesel is a fun store to check out

  7. reformation store is another goodie to go browse

  10. blank street was worth the hype for me and my fav one was the strawberries and cream

  11. salem is a cutie train ride away from the city to checkout the hocus pocus town
